Returns & Refunds Policy

At Waxwrx, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on standard, non-customized products within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unlit, and in its original packaging
The item is in resellable condition
You have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt)
If these conditions are met, you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Used candles or accessories
Custom or personalized orders (e.g. corporate gifts, event candles, engraved or bespoke products)
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different scent or product, please email us at info@waxwrx.co.za
 within the 7-day return period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days
In some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange as an alternative
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
For damaged or incorrect items, Waxwrx will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a courier pickup where possible
Please package your return securely and consider using a trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
A photo of the product and packaging
Your order number
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement, refund, or credit.
