Thank you for shopping with Waxwrx! We are proudly based in South Africa and deliver all orders using our own delivery fleet to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (Monday–Friday).
All orders are shipped with 7 to 16 days.

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Nationwide Delivery (South Africa)

Estimated Delivery Times:
Main Centres: 2–4 business days
Outlying/Rural Areas: 3–6 business days

Shipping Costs:
A flat rate of R180 is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Outlying/Rural Areas is calculated at R235 at checkout

Free delivery on orders over R1550

Important Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Waxwrx is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.
If a parcel is undelivered and returned, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Heat-Sensitive Products
Our wax-based products are sensitive to heat. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order upon delivery, especially during warmer months, to avoid parcels sitting in the sun or heat for extended periods.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with the following details:
Order number
Tracking number
Photos (if applicable)
