What are your candles made from?
Our candles are hand-poured using 100% soy wax, blended with premium fragrance oils and essential oils. We don’t use any paraffin, phthalates, or harmful additives — just clean-burning, long-lasting wax with a conscience.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary depending on size, but on average:
Small jars burn for 20–25 hours
Medium jars for 35–40 hours
Large jars for 50+ hours
To get the most from your candle, always trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes! We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer corporate gifts or event candles?
Absolutely! We create custom candles for corporate gifting, weddings, parties, and special events. We can tailor scents, labels, and packaging to suit your theme or brand.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, standard items within 7 days of delivery. Custom orders and used candles cannot be returned.

How do I care for my candle?
To get the cleanest and longest burn:
Trim your wick to 5mm before lighting
Let the wax melt to the edges of the jar on the first burn (to avoid tunneling)
Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time
Keep away from drafts, kids, and pets
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes! Our candles are made from renewable soy wax, use lead-free cotton wicks, and are packaged using recyclable materials wherever possible. We're committed to sustainability at every step.

Can I send a candle as a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s shipping details at checkout and let us know it’s a gift — we’ll leave out the invoice and include your message if provided.
How strong are your candle scents?
We craft each candle to deliver a balanced scent throw — strong enough to fill a room without being overpowering. Our fragrances are carefully blended to ensure they smell just as good unlit as they do burning.
What kind of fragrance oils do you use?
We use a mix of essential oils and high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils designed specifically for candle use. Each blend is tested for safety, performance, and scent longevity.
Can I request a custom scent or label?
For bulk or event orders, yes! We love collaborating on bespoke candles for weddings, corporate gifting, and special occasions. Custom scents, labels, and packaging are all possible depending on quantity.

My candle isn’t burning evenly — what do I do?
If your candle is tunnelling or not burning properly:
Ensure the first burn melts the wax all the way to the jar edge
Trim the wick before every burn (to about 5mm)
Avoid burning for longer than 4 hours at a time
