4.1 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
4.2 Prices for products are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4.3 We currently only accept payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Once you place an order, our banking details will be provided at checkout or via email.
4.4 A proof of payment (POP) must be sent to [your email address] before your order will be processed. Orders will only be confirmed once the payment reflects in our account.

5.1 Delivery is available across South Africa. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times, costs, and courier partners.
5.2 While we strive to meet delivery estimates, Waxwrx is not liable for delays beyond our control, including those caused by courier companies or external events.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
6.2 Custom or personalised orders (including event and corporate gifting products) are non-refundable unless defective.

7.1 We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

10.1 We offer bespoke candle solutions for weddings, corporate gifting, and special events. These orders are subject to custom quotes, lead times, and separate terms which will be communicated at the time of order.
10.2 A deposit or full payment may be required to secure production and delivery.

11.1 Waxwrx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or our Products.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Product in dispute.
